Paneer Butter Masala Recipe – Creamy North Indian Delight

📝 Ingredients:
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- 10 cashews
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves for garnish
🍳 Preparation Steps:
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden.
- Add tomatoes and cashews. Cook until tomatoes turn soft.
- Cool and blend to a smooth paste.
- In the same pan, add butter and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add ginger garlic paste and sauté till raw smell leaves.
- Pour in the blended tomato-onion-cashew paste. Cook for 5–7 minutes.
- Add red chili, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
- Add 1/2 cup water and simmer the gravy for a few minutes.
- Add paneer cubes and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Crush kasuri methi and add it along with fresh cream.
- Stir gently and switch off the flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

Serve hot with Butter Naan, soft chapathi, or jeera rice.
