📝 Ingredients:

  • 200g paneer, cubed
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 10 cashews
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

🍳 Preparation Steps:

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden.
  2. Add tomatoes and cashews. Cook until tomatoes turn soft.
  3. Cool and blend to a smooth paste.
  4. In the same pan, add butter and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté till raw smell leaves.
  6. Pour in the blended tomato-onion-cashew paste. Cook for 5–7 minutes.
  7. Add red chili, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  8. Add 1/2 cup water and simmer the gravy for a few minutes.
  9. Add paneer cubes and simmer for 5 minutes.
  10. Crush kasuri methi and add it along with fresh cream.
  11. Stir gently and switch off the flame.
  12. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
