  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 small cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish

🍳 Step-by-Step Preparation

Step 1: Prepare the Boiled Eggs


Boil eggs for 10 minutes. Cool, peel, and slightly slit them to absorb masala.

Step 2: Temper Spices


In a pan, heat oil. Add fennel, cloves, and cinnamon. Let them crackle.

Step 3: Add Onions & Tomatoes


Add chopped onions and sauté until golden. Add ginger garlic paste. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft.
